Apple Crisp

            Apple Crisp

1 stick of oleo or butter
1 cup of flour
1 cup of sugar

Using a pastry blender, cut the butter into the flour/sugar mixture.

Peel and slice enough apples in a square pan.

Pour the topping and back at 350 degrees.

Takes about 45 minutes to bake until the apples are soft. Check after 30 minutes.

Notes: Oleo means margarin. It is not another word for butter, as is popularly believed (by me).
